By accessing or using the Fluxeps Smart Fab Management System ("Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fluxeps provides a Smart Fab Management System, a SaaS solution that monitors equipment status in real time and provides analytics services to monitor the health of your manufacturing processes. The Service includes Factory Management, Dashboard, Control Center, and Admin Center. For more information, please see Support.

3. Account Registration and Use

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Only authorized users can use your account.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payment

Billing and invoicing are handled through the Azure App Store. Please refer to the Azure App Store for details regarding subscription plans, fees, and payment terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your data ("User Content"). You grant Fluxeps a license to use your User Content to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.

6. Intellectual Property

Fluxeps owns all technology and intellectual property rights in the Service. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

7. Data Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy at Privacy for information on how we collect, use, and protect user data. Data is securely stored in Azure data centers.

8. Termination

• Users can cancel their accounts through the Azure App Store.
• Fluxeps may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Fluxeps disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fluxeps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

Fluxeps may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
