We offer two options for data migration:

  • Manual Data Entry: You can manually input your data through the application's interface.
  • Migration Task (Additional Fee): For larger datasets or complex migrations, we can set up a migration task to seamlessly transfer your data. Please contact our support desk for a quote.
How long does it take to provision my application?

Your application will be provisioned within one business day.

How do I log in to the application?

Upon successful registration, you will receive your unique login credentials and the URL for your secured application.

How secure is my information?

We prioritize the security of your data. Our application utilizes Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for robust authentication and authorization, ensuring the protection of your login information and application access.

How do I add more users?

To add more users, please submit a request through our support desk service. We will then send an invitation to the specified user.

What is your support desk service?

Our support desk service is an online platform designed to track and manage your support requests efficiently. Upon registration, you will receive access to this service.

How do I manage my equipment down status?

Basic edition users can manually update equipment down status through the UI. Standard edition users benefit from API integration, allowing for automated updates directly from your equipment.

How do I reset my password?

Please use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password.

How do I change my account information (email, company name, etc.)?

Please contact our support desk to request changes to your account information.

This is a monthly service. Billing and invoicing are managed through the Azure App Store.

You can cancel at anytime from the Azure App Store.

Real-time telemetry from equipment.

Machine learning models and AI integration.

Additional Users:

Additional users can be added to any tier for an additional per user fee.

If additional features are not needed, users can be added to the current tier.
